WHEW! Did you think I forgot my Six On Saturday?!! Nope…just BUSY today! We have been running errands and just got home…
Anyway…I do have some pics I want to get uploaded to the computer and edited, but I am guessing that won’t happen until tomorrow…Plus, I just bought a couple of super cute little things I can’t wait to use for props! FUN! So, more photo shoots over the next few days on my lil’ ones!!
I think it is rubbing off…Huntler is now VERY interested in my camera!! I let him takes a few shots the other day…with my help of course! Can’t wait to see how those turned out!
Anyway…I am a babbler! Back on track! We have a birthday party in just a bit so I am running around like crazy!!
**Okay, so I just published this and see that it is TOTALLY messed up! Please just bear with me…Blogger must be having some technical difficulties or something! As I typed it put all of my words on one straight line and didn’t create paragraphs like normal. Maybe it is because I used a list??? Does anyone know?!! Anyway, sorry about it!! I do know how to spell!! :)
- I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Right after graduation, I took a job in foster care and worked for 11 months…I have not worked since then… Well, a little bit here and there for Chris, but not at all since we had Huntler. Anyway, my job was very interesting…it is absolutely unbelievable what some kids have to go through. And so, so sad.
- I HATE driving at night or even being in the car when someone else is driving at night. Not in town, that doesn’t phase me, but out on the highway I am a W*R*E*C*K! I “imagine” that I see deer in the ditches and am just a total basket case. Chris prefers it if I just shut my eyes and go to sleep!!
- I am not too picky about having “name brand” stuff…but there are a few things I won’t budge on!! I HAVE to have Kraft Mac and Cheese, Johnson’s Q-Tips, and Charmin toilet paper. Silly, I know, but just a few of my quirks!!
- I remember MANY moons ago when in my hometown the Ice Cream Man rode a bike!! Yes…a bike! More like a big trike really! The cooler was on front and he would pedal down the street and ring his little bell! I miss those days!! It was really funny…right after we moved out here we heard the ice cream man ALL the time, but now we never hear him?? I have these images in my mind of the kids running to the ice cream truck while I snap pics behind them. And convert them all to the antiqued look of course!!
- I was a football manager in high school…my last two years! There were several of us and a few of us are still friends! Hi Abby and Jennifer!! Anyway, we attended all of the practices, went to all the games and everything like that! It was truly a lot of fun! But it seems like a lifetime ago! My 10 year class reunion is this summer and I can’t wait to see everyone again! FUN!
- I received my FIRST sunburn of 2008 yesterday! We had a playdate at the park and we were seriously only there for an hour and I came home red…so much that Chris even noticed, and he doesn’t notice those kind of things much!! (Not that that is bad, just a guy for ya!!)

I hear you about the Ice Cream trucks! We have one parked in front of a house in our nieghborhood, but it never moves!! It ARIZONA we NEED ice cream trucks..lol!! Love the Saturday Six
