First of all, thank you to all of you who so kindly commented on my “giveaway post” and gave me some suggestions for A*L*L of my ribbon! I have enjoyed looking at each and every one of your blogs as well as checking out the links some of you provided! I DEFINITELY have a few new ideas for some of this ribbon of mine!!
Before I announce the winner…here are a few pictures of some of my ribbon projects! I love to tie bright ribbon on the handles of baskets and buckets to add some cheer!!
The pitcher is from Gentry’s ladybug bash last year…I still haven’t taken the ribbon off! Anyway, since I am extremely detail oriented, I found red and black polka dotted ribbon for the occasion! We stuck foam in the pitcher and had fruit kabobs sticking out! SUPER CUTE!
And the basket and little bucket were used at different playgroup functions…it is so easy to stick some plastic silverware in a cute little bucket to make it a little more festive! Or I have also been known to jazz up a little metal bucket with ribbon and stick lotions, nail files, polish or other girly odds and ends in and give it as a gift! If the basket/bucket is large enough, you can stick a seasonal towel and a candle in too! Just some ideas I am sharing with you for sharing all of yours with me!!
And remember this little gem?? The sibling gift I made for a friend? I filled it with little goodies perfect for a soon to be two year old diva…bubbles, barrettes, bubble bath, lip gloss and lotion! (They currently have these little lunch boxes at Michaels…they come in all sorts of fun colors!)
And some simple little clips…although I will do these a TINY bit differently if I make more! (and I am sure I will!!)
