Meet Papa Randy

Hello blogworld…meet my dad. According to Huntler, this is Papa Randy standing proud beside his teacup…complete with sunglasses and a newspaper!! For the record….this looks nothing like my dad and thank goodness he has enough fashion sense not to pull his pants up above his belly button!!

Last night Chris and I were in the kitchen getting dinner while the kids were upstairs playing Little People (and just so you know…I have some weird obsession with Little People and we have pretty much the entire village!). The huge tub of kitchen stuff was also spilled out across the floor…needless to say it was a WRECK! Anyway, as I got to the top of the stairs Huntler called for me to come look at his teacups.
The little fella had taken teacups and saucers from the kitchen set and loaded Little People into them and recreated the teacup ride from Disneyland! Now that takes some creativity!!! It was SOOOO darn cute I wanted to cry!!
Anyway, we only have a limited number of teacups so when it came time to load Papa into his cup, he had to get resourceful! Poor Papa could definitely not see out the sides of his ride!!
Here is just some random guy…at one point Huntler said it was Daddy but then changed his mind!! Thank goodness…Daddy is much better looking than that!!

I have pictures loaded into Photobucket for Flashback Friday already but I wanted to share this instead! If I can get some time while Gentry is napping this afternoon I’ll try to post those then!

It’s always rewarding when you learn a memory you made with your loved ones, lingers on in their minds as well. Glad he remembers both the event and his extended family!

    Love, Grandma Debbie
