Once again, it’s been a long time since I have ventured over here!! Just wanted to post and say, still no baby. There hasn’t even been any change since 35 weeks…I am now 38. Baby is high. Not dilating. The little bean is in no rush to meet us whatsoever!
And so we wait! At least another week!! If it hasn’t arrived by next weekend, I will be induced. Still crossing my fingers my water breaks or I start contracting on my own before then, but I am not overly hopeful!!
And here is a quick snapshot {meaning I did NO editing to this!!} from our trip to the zoo last weekend. Yes, the zoo. We had a somewhat cool day down here and we made a spontaneous trip! Even trekking around there didn’t make me contract!! Huntler is his father’s son…the little map reader!!

Good to talk to you today. Thanks for posting. I love seeing recent pics of the kids. Makes me feel closer – like I am in touch with all of you. Plus, it keeps me centered in reality, forcing me to realize they are constantly growing and changing. In the mere blink of an eye, one misses so much! See all of you and the new baby VERY SOON! Love ya.

Walking worked for me – I always thought it was an old wives tale until I walked 6 miles the day I had Gabe. As soon as we got home from the walk my water broke while I was crossing the street to my house. Best wishes in the next few weeks. I can’t wait to find out whether you welcome home a little boy or girl!
